Often, buyers are responsible for procuring hundreds of different products, and it’s difficult to be familiar with each grouping of products. That’s where Forbes Foods come in: We can take charge of buying a certain group of products for that buyer.
When we manage a program for a buyer, we assure competitive pricing and availability. We provide a detailed proposal, but the buyer still gets to make the final decision. Also, since we take our commission from the vendor, there’s no added cost to the client: It’s a value-added service that Forbes Foods is happy to provide, above and beyond our role as food broker.
